1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at www.theluxemaids.com or using any cleaning services provided by The Luxe Maids of Illinois LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

The Luxe Maids of Illinois LLC provides professional residential cleaning services in the Chicagoland area. Our services include recurring housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Luxe Priority Clean, Hosting Reset, and Sunday Calm Reset, as described on our website.

Service availability, pricing, and scope are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify our services and pricing at any time. Any changes to an active service agreement will be communicated in advance.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• Service appointments are scheduled upon mutual confirmation between the client and The Luxe Maids of Illinois.
• We require reasonable access to your home at the agreed appointment time. If we cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
• For same-day services (Luxe Priority Clean), availability is subject to current scheduling capacity and is confirmed before booking is final.
• Recurring services are subject to schedule availability and may be adjusted with advance notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: no charge.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee may apply.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: a fee equivalent to a portion of the scheduled service cost may be charged.

5. White-Glove Resolution Promise

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will return to address any deficiencies within 48 hours at no additional charge, with the same team lead. This guarantee is subject to reasonable notification and applies to work within the agreed service scope.

6. Payment

• Services are billed at the flat rate confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment is due at the time of service or according to the billing schedule for recurring services.
• We accept payment via the methods specified in your service agreement.
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of recurring services.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled appointment time.
• Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and pets before our team arrives.
• Inform us of any specific products required for specialty surfaces before the appointment.
• Provide accurate information about the scope and condition of your home when requesting a quote.

8. Liability

The Luxe Maids of Illinois LLC is fully insured and bonded. In the event of damage or breakage caused by our team during a service visit, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address the situation through our insurance coverage where applicable.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items that were not properly secured, damage resulting from following the client's specific instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our website content without express written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
